By high-speed TGV from Paris Montparnasse, Le Mans is just 55 minutes away. A taxi or shuttle can take you the remaining 40 km to the estate. The TER station at Connerré, only 15 km away, is an even closer option.

Yes! La Goupillère is approximately 40 km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, about 30 minutes by car. It makes an ideal base for attending the qualifying sessions or the race itself, while enjoying the peace of the Huisne valley between sessions.

The circuit is easily reached via the RN 23 road through Le Mans. Shuttle services are usually available during race week.

From Tours: take the A28 northbound to the La Ferté-Bernard exit (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). The estate is then 15 km away.

From Nantes or Rennes: take the A11 towards Paris, then exit at Connerré or La Ferté-Bernard (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from Nantes, 2 hours from Rennes). La Goupillère is perfectly situated in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, in the verdant Huisne valley.

Absolutely. Le Mans TGV station is 40 km from the estate (approximately 35 minutes by car). From Paris Montparnasse, the TGV journey takes under an hour. We can recommend local taxi services to bring you from Le Mans station to the property.

The Connerré–Bessé TER station, just 15 km away, is even closer and served from Le Mans several times a day.

Yes, dogs are very welcome at La Goupillère! The estate has a large park and meadow, perfect for walks with your four-legged companion.

We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended inside the house, and that you take care not to damage the interior. An additional deposit may be requested. Please let us know about your pet when booking.

La Sellerie de la Goupillère can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom with a double bed, as well as a billiard room that can serve as an additional bedroom with two single beds.

For larger groups or for privatising the entire estate for an event, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

La Sellerie is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle; a living room with fireplace (wood provided seasonally), TNT television, desk, and library space.

Among the distinctive features: a large billiard room, an Italian-style walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a wisteria pergola to enjoy the garden. Wi-Fi is included. On request: highchair and travel cot for babies, children's toys.

The suggested check-in time is from 5:00 PM. Check-out is generally by 11:00 AM.

Yes, a private parking area is available on the estate, with space for several vehicles. Access is directly via the estate driveway, safe and out of public view.

La Goupillère is ideally located for lovers of nature and heritage. Just a short distance away, you will find numerous hiking trails through the Vibraye forest and along the Huisne valley.

For equestrian enthusiasts, the Pôle Européen du Cheval (European Horse Centre) in La Flèche is under an hour away, and several local riding centres offer rides through the Sarthe countryside. Heritage lovers will enjoy the medieval market towns of Tuffé and La Ferté-Bernard, the latter being a designated Town of Art and History. Fishing, cycling, and visits to châteaux in the Loire Valley complete the activity offer.

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the rental at no extra charge. It is provided via a powerline adapter and the access code is displayed on the desk in La Sellerie. The connection is suitable for remote working, video streaming, and video calls.

Our cancellation policy is detailed at the time of booking. As a general rule, any cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival entitles you to a full refund. Within 30 days, cancellation fees may apply.

We encourage you to take out cancellation insurance, especially if you are travelling from afar or during peak season (24 Hours of Le Mans, summer). Please feel free to contact us directly in exceptional circumstances — we handle each situation with care and understanding.

Booking payment is made securely online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our Stripe payment system. The full amount is charged at the time of confirmation.

A security deposit may be requested separately before arrival. It is returned within a few days of departure, subject to the property inspection.

The village of Tuffé Val de la Chéronne, 2.5 km away, has a Coccimarket convenience store, two bakeries, a butcher-deli, and a newsagent-tobacconist. For a wider choice, La Ferté-Bernard (15 km) offers a Leclerc supermarket, a Carrefour Market, a Lidl, and several restaurants to suit every taste.
